Babes in Arms policy

Babes in Arms are classed as: babies you can comfortably hold for the duration of a show in your arms.

If the event is suitable for a baby, a babe in arms does not require a seat.
If your child is not a babe in your arms, they will require a seat and therefore a ticket, unless otherwise stated on an individual event basis

The Venue reserve the right to change this policy.

The Venue reserve the right to refuse entry. 

Diamond VIP Package
The package includes:
• A top priced seat for the concert
• A unique opportunity to meet Katie immediately after the show
• A photo with Katie using your own phone or camera*
• A printed hand written song sheet, signed by Katie
• A limited edition venue and tour specific A4 Print, signed by Katie 
* Katie will be available for a photograph using customers' phone or camera, with the photo taken by a member of the VIP team. Please note due to the ever changing landscape,  your photo with Katie may follow socially distanced guidelines.
 
Gold VIP Package
The package includes:
• A top priced seat for the concert
• A printed hand written song sheet, signed by Katie
• A limited edition venue and tour specific A4 Print, signed by Katie 

Wheelchairs can be accommodated next to the end of row seats of rows F to K in the Stalls only. Please contact the Call Centre to book on 0844 888 4420. Calls cost 7p/minute plus your phone company's access charge. Wheelchair companion seats are located in the last seat of the relevant row directly next to the wheelchair spaces.

Personal Callers - Venue Box Office
The Bath Forum does not operate a daily box office service at present.
The box office is open for personal callers on performance days approx. 1 hour prior to the performance.
Patrons wishing to purchase tickets in person at the box office (cash only) are advised to check availability in advance by contacting Ticketline on 0844 888 9991. Calls cost 7p/minute plus your phone company's access charge.
